Liberty Office

Chelsey Reel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Liberty office and has been part of the Family First team since 2016. She earned her Master of Arts in Behavioral Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology and is passionate about helping children build meaningful skills that increase their independence and confidence. One of Chelsey’s favorite part of her job is celebrating each child’s progress—big or small. Outside of work, Chelsey loves reading, creating art, and fostering rescue animals through The Rescue Project. She enjoys helping animals find their forever homes and believes everyone deserves a chance to thrive.

Lily has been with Family First since December 2018. She is an alumni from Florida Institution of Technology, Concordia University Chicago, Missouri Valley College and East Los Angeles community college. Lily became a BCBA in June 2022. In her free time, she enjoys nature and disc golf.

Laken has been with Family first since January 2017. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology. Laken enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading books, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kirsten has been with Family First Since May 2020. She has a B.A. in Social Work from Park University. Kirsten is always seen smiling at the front desk when you walk into the LB office! She loves to bake cakes and pastries. Kirsten also enjoys spending time at coffee shops and binge-watching Marvel movies.

Grace started with Family First in June 2024. She is currently going to Maple Woods Community College to get her A.A. Then she is going to pursue a B.A. in Psychology. She enjoys painting, drawing, and playing with her cat Cheeto!

Alex has been with Family First since April 2022. She has a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business from William Jewell College. Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Ally started with Family First in September 2023. She is currently working on her A.A. in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan Community College. She enjoys promoting SkillsUSA to provide a pathway for students in career and technical education to be world-class workers by the time they graduate.

Abby started with Family First in May 2022. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a Minor in Human Development and Family Science at Kansas State University and is expected to graduate in May 2024. She enjoys spending time with friends and going to K-State sporting events.

Summer started with Family First in August 2024. She enjoys spending time with family and doing aerial yoga.

Kiersten started with Family First in October 2024. She is currently enrolled at MCC-Maplewood working towards her associates degree. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching T.V shows and movies.

Monica started with Family First in September 2024. She enjoys reading, writing and spending time with family and friends.

Emma started with Family First in May 2024. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also likes to play outside with her son and go down to the lake on the weekends!

Madison started with Family First in July 2023. She enjoys driving around with friends, listening to music, and being outside.

Anahi started with Family First in February 2023. She enjoys spending time with family and doing arts & crafts.

Elan joined Family First in April of 2025. Elan is currently enrolled at Metropolitan Community College and enjoys painting and trading card games.

Whitney started with Family First in April 2024. She has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Sociology. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, researching, and gardening.

Shelby started with Family First in September of 2025. Shelby is currently enrolled in at Southeast Missouri State University working towards her bachelors in science, Majoring in Psychology and minoring in child development. In her free time Shelby enjoys reading and listening to music as well as spending her time with her wife and cat.

Emma started with Family First in June of 2025. Emma is currently enrolled in MCC majoring in mortuary sciences and minoring in communication and is expected to graduate within the next year. In her free time, she enjoys reading hanging out with her friend as well as anime.

Daniel started with Family First in October of 2025. Dan is currently enrolled at Park University working towards his Bachelor of Arts. Daniel plans to major in : psychology with a minor in Sociology. In his free time Daniel will ride his motorcycle, play video games with his kids and spend time with his wife.

Dakota joined Family First in April of 2025. Dakota is currently enrolled at Northwest Missouri State University working towards her bachelor’s of Science majoring in Psychology & minoring in Criminology. During her free time Dakota enjoys baking, spending time with family and her two cats!

Alexa started with Family First in January of 2025. Alexa enjoys going to the lake, watching movies, fishing, work with horses and be outside during her free time.

Nicholas started with Family First in January of 2025. Nicholas enjoys playing video games, playing his guitars and spending quality time with friends and loved ones!

Elaina started with Family First in May of 2025. Elaina enjoys going to the gym, watching new shows and movies. She also enjoys reading and playing video games.

Charles started with Family First in July of 2025. Charles is currently enrolled in MCC majoring in social work. In his free time Charles enjoys playing guitar and spending time with family and friends.

Haley started with Family First in September of 2025. In her free time Haley enjoys reading, going on walks and hanging out with her friends and animals.

Kylee started with Family First in June of 2025. Kylee is currently enrolled at UMKC majoring in a dual degree in Chemistry and Psychology as well as minoring in Biology, pre-med emphasis she is expected to graduate in May of 2026. Kylee enjoys building puzzles, crochet and watch SNL.

Abby is currently enrolled at Mt. San Jacinto College working towards her associates, majoring in music education and minoring in musical theater. In her free time Abby enjoys singing and preforming.

Allison is currently enrolled at William Jewel College working towards earning her bachelors, majoring in psychology. Allison is expected to graduate in July of 2026. In her free time Allison enjoys journaling, reading, watching comfort shows and spending time with loved ones.

Rhae is currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University working towards their bachelor’s degree. Rhae is expected to graduate in October 2026. During free time, she enjoys reading fantasy/Sci-fi books, playing Sims 4 and writing.

Rylee started with Family First in June of 2025.

Shylah is currently enrolled at the Kansas City Art Institute working towards her bachelor’s in fine arts, majoring in animation and creative writing. Shylah is expected to graduate in May of 2027. In her free time she enjoys baking, sewing, video games and painting.

Kylee started with Family First in February of 2026. Katie is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri Kansas City working towards her bachelors degree majoring in chemistry and is expected in graduate in May of 2029. In her free time she enjoys to read and bake.

Jackie enjoys crafting, listening to music and playing the clarinet in her free time.

Kaitlyn has been with Family First since March of 2026. Kailyn is currently enrolled at MCC working towards her associates degree and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2027. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active.

Madison enjoys being active, spending time with friends and family and her dog, Payton. When she can she also enjoys crafting.

Kyle likes to spend his free time working on his NEMT business.

Daivon has been with Family First since March of 2026. Daivon is currently enrolled at MCC working towards his associates degree. In his free time Daivon enjoys watching movies, going out to eat and find projects to work on.

Anna started with Family First in May of 2025. Anna is currently enrolled at the University of Kansas working towards her bachelors of Science and Arts. Majoring in Speech, language and Hearing sciences and minoring in Education studies. Anna is expected to graduate in 2026! In her free time Anna enjoys playing sports, trying new foods and spending time with friends and family.

Amira started with Family First in June of 2025. Amira is currently enrolled at Benedictine College working towards her Bachelor’s of Arts majoring in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, doing her nails and watching Netflix.

Sydnie started with Family First in November of 2019. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and baby girl as well as watch Netflix!
