Kansas City Office

Brooke has been with Family First since July 2019. She graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in May 2018. She has been working the field of ABA and with individuals with autism since 2014. Brooke is a member of Missouri Association of Behavior Analysis. She is licensed to work as a behavior analysist in the states of Missouri & Kansas. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and horseback riding.

Matt has been with Family First since November 2015. He graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in May of 2025 pursuing his BCBA. In his free time, Matt enjoys listening to music. He also does photography and works for a wedding company when he’s not at Family First.

Carina joined the Family First team in April of 2022 and has also been part of Behavioral Solutions since 2023. She loves to keep everything running smoothly and, most importantly, helping make things a little easier for the families and team she works with. Outside of work, Carina is happiest when she’s creating something. She enjoys painting, crafting, listening to music, and spending quality time with the people she loves.

Aleena has been with Family First since September of 2024. She is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri – Columbia working towards her bachelor’s of arts majoring in Psychology and expected to graduate in the summer of 2025. Aleena enjoys reading and going out for walks.

Colby has been with Family First since April 2024.

Emily has been with Family First since June of 2023. In her free time Emily enjoys going to the gym, painting/crafts and spending time outside!

Shaelsa has been with Family First since November of 2024. She is currently enrolled at Metropolitan Community College and majoring in Psychology. In her free time Shaelsa enjoys singing, hanging out with friends and shopping.

Kourtney has been with Family First since December of 2024. Kourtney enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Hannah has been with Family First since September of 2025.

Tess has been with Family First since June of 2025. Tess is currently enrolled at the University of Saint Mary working towards her degree in Master of the Arts, Majoring in counseling. Tess is expected to graduate in December of 2027. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out and going to concerts

Madde has been with Family First since June of 2025. In her free time, she enjoys spending time friends/family and her dog, Brody!

Key’rra has been with Family First since December of 2025. Key’rra is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri – KC working towards her Bachelor’s, majoring in psychology and minoring in race, ethics, and gender studies & is expected to graduate in May of 2026. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading and working out.

Joanna has been with Family First since February 2026. Joanna went to Missouri State University, majoring in History and minoring in religious studies. In her free time Joanna enjoys embroidering, reading and completing crossword puzzles.

Alicia has been with Family First since February 2026.

Sheri has been with Family First since February 2026

Ainsley started with Family First in October of 2025. Ainsley just recently graduated from Kansas State University earning her bachelor’s degree! In her free time Ainsley enjoys going on hikes with her dog, quilting and any artsy craft.

Murron has been with Family First since April of 2026. In her free time Murron enjoys reading, playing video games, gardening and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Braya has been with Family First since May of 2026.

Kate has been with Family First since June of 2026

Katie has been with Family First since June of 2026. In her free time Katie enjoys playing sand volleyball, spend time with family and friends, try new coffee spots and go for walks.

Daniel has been with Family First since July of 2026. Daniel is currently enrolled at the University of Central Missouri working towards his bachelor’s in social work. Daniel is expected to graduate in May of 27. In his free time Daniel enjoys going to the movies, reading books, and playing with his two cats. (Elvis & Spud)

Sidney has been with Family First since April of 2026. Sidney is currently enrolled at Metropolitan Community College working towards earning her Associates of Arts majoring in biology and minoring in Spanish. Sidney is expected to graduate in May of 2027. In her free time she enjoys reading, shopping, watching shows and spending time with her boyfriend and friends.

Kayla has been with Family First since July of 2026. Kayla is currently enrolled at Kansas City University working towards her doctorate in Clinical Psychology; She is expected to graduate in May of 2031. In her free time Kayla enjoys reading, going to the gym, hanging out with friends and her new kitten!

Gretchen has been with Family First since May 2022. Gretchen is currently at Rockhurst University working towards her doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She loves going to the gym, anything true crime, and being with her friends!

Sophia has been with Family First since March of 2025. She is currently enrolled at Avila University working towards her bachelor’s of arts majoring in Social Work and minoring in women and gender studies. In her free time Sophia enjoys playing volleyball, go for walks and hang out with friends!

Kashuana has been with Family First since September of 2025.

Meghan has been with Family First since May of 2026. Meghan is currently enrolled at Truman State University working towards her bachelors of science. She plans to major in Speech and communication disorders and minoring in disability studies and is expected to graduate in May of 2030. In her free time Meghan enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and play with her dog.
